Project registration
Project details are uploaded and registered in the SAECULII project management system.
Monitoring in work flow processes from start to finish ensures project quality is maintained, and ensures all your questions receive prompt and full answers.

A customized project plan will be developed according to the specifications of the SAECULII Project Management Manual.

Project team
The project manager assigned to your project will carefully assemble a team of native English Japanese professionals with the right skill sets unique to the project requirements.

Project resources
Technical, knowledge and other resources required for successful completion of the project are assembled.
At this point, we will need the final version of the contents that you would like to use in the project, if not already provided.

Project execution
Project instructions are provided to project team members. Then, actual work begins.

Quality control
Each component of the project is reviewed for errors and oversights by the team leader(s) responsibly for that part of the project.
Then, the project manager makes a complete, point-by-point quality assurance check following our documented QA regime. Necessary corrections are made.

Additional customization work is done based on the Value Added Services options you requested for the project.
